Our company is new, but our founders have extensive experience - over 40 years of it - building strong and successful brands in some of the most dynamic markets around the globe.
Over the years, our founders have partnered clients effectively in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China, India, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines, Australia, Korea, Russia and North America. This allows us to bring a diverse and global perspective to our method, our processes and our solutions.

Our Founders
REKHA PADMALAYA
In a career spanning over 20+ years, Rekha has held several leadership positions across the APAC region and partnered C-level business leaders to drive transformation at varying degrees of scale - Global, Regional and Local. Through her career, she has had the privilege of working with some of the biggest, most iconic brands in the world. She has worked in close partnership with Marketing giants like P&G, Unilever, PepsiCo, GSK, Reckitt and Nestle and her training reflects the best-in-class global Marketing principles of these firms.
Rekha is a keen student of human behavior, consumer psychology and culture. She is driven by an interest in understanding deeper individual and cultural motivations and places this at the heart of her work.
SAI RAGHAVAN
An eclectic multi-specialist with nearly two decades in the business, Sai brings a unique mix of extensive brand strategy experience, design thinking and storytelling ability to his client’s businesses. Sai spent over a decade working for leading multinational advertising agencies during which time he held several leadership positions leading up to Vice-President and Head of Strategy. He has spent the last decade working with corporations, startups and non-profits across the APAC region and advised D- and C-level business leaders on a host of issues including market development, innovation, and policy change.
Sai is an inveterate creator and storyteller. He has written an 800-page novel that awaits publishing. He is also leading the creation and development of an in-house sustainable brand slated for a 2024 launch.
